The Church is people
The early Christians had no special buildings or denominational groups > the Church is just a group of people who have decided to follow Jesus.
We need to work together, no matter what individual church or denomination we attend.
Joining or attending a church does not make you part of Christ's Holy Church - only making a personal decision to follow Him does.
The Bible says that we need to worship God with our whole lives, not just in church on Sundays.
Worship is an offering of our love to God for all that He has done, is doing, and will do in our lives. Worship is also an opportunity to meet with God as a body of believers in fellowship.
The Bible says that as Christians we need to worship God wholeheartedly, in Spirit and in truth.
The Church is for all people from all walks of life - young and old, rich and poor, from every nationality and ethnic group.
Churches are places where Christians meet each week to learn, pray and worship God together and to encourage each other in faith and life.
The Church as a whole has a responsibility to care for people, Christians and non-Christians alike, in a practical way in the local area, town, city, country and worldwide.
Jesus commanded us to "Love one another as I have loved you".
Although different Christian churches and denominations may vary in the emphasis they put upon certain beliefs or practices, they must all work together because Christians all have one thing in common > we all love the One who laid down His life for us.
